Northbrook Apartments

The Northbrook Apartment project included the complete landscape, hardscape and irrigation installation for eight apartment buildings. The complete landscape installation included over fifty varieties of trees, shrubs, groundcovers, grasses, vines and flowers including:

• 65 Leland Cypress, 40 Southern Red Oak and 30 Lacebark Elm (2-3" cal)
• 300 Dwarf Burford Holly, 300 Japanese Privet and 200 Abelia (3-5 gallon)
• 1000 Liriope, 500 Vinca and 300 Juniper (4" to 1 gallon)
• 100 Stella D'Oro Daylilly, 30 Memorial Rose and 100 misc. perenniels
• 50,000 of Bermuda turf, 1500 bales pinestraw and 150 cubic yards of soil
• Over 2000 feet of irrigation line with 200 rotors and 250 sprays
